About this project.
A landmark Grade-A commercial development on Anna Salai — one of Chennai's most prominent arterial roads. The project comprises nine floors of leasable office space, a double-basement podium parking structure, and ground-level retail units. Avinya was engaged as the construction management partner, coordinating the developer's design consultants, structural engineers, MEP contractors, and façade specialists under a unified project management framework. The North American project controls methodology — including schedule compression analysis and value engineering — delivered measurable savings against the original budget.
