About this project.
A full gut-renovation of a 25-year-old family home in Anna Nagar — one of Chennai's most established residential neighbourhoods. The client wanted to retain the existing structure while transforming the interior to a contemporary standard with modern systems. Avinya managed the structural remediation, full MEP replacement, new flooring throughout, kitchen and bathroom overhauls, and a new coat of architectural plaster on all elevations. The family remained in the property for the first 4 weeks, requiring careful phasing and site management to minimise disruption.
