About this project.
A curated 32-room boutique hotel on the East Coast Road, designed around beachside living with a contemporary Tamil vernacular aesthetic. The project includes restaurant, bar, pool, and event space — all within a single ground-plus-two storey footprint. Avinya is leading the construction management and fit-out coordination for this hospitality project, working alongside an international design team. The challenge: deliver hospitality-grade fit-out standards in a coastal environment, on a tight 18-month programme.
