About this project.
A fast-track fine-dining restaurant fit-out in one of Chennai's premier retail and dining districts. The client required an 11-week programme from handover of shell to opening night — an extremely compressed timeline for a 4,800 sq ft fit-out with full kitchen, bar, private dining rooms, and an open terrace. Avinya managed the entire fit-out supply chain: custom joinery, imported stone, bespoke lighting, commercial kitchen installation, and HVAC. The restaurant opened on schedule and was fully booked within 48 hours of the launch announcement.
